Thanks and no thanks

The club at Bitterne begins to fill up

Thanks to everyone who turned out to the gig at Bitterne Park Social Club last night. The place was pretty much packed and that's always nice to see, especially in these tough times. We had a real laugh too and enjoyed the gig, so thanks to everyone at the club who made us so welcome.

Unfortunately, when we loaded out there was a nasty surprise waiting for us. Some pillocks had broken into Garreth's van, damaged one of the deadlocks - and took his diary for God's sake. We know it's a long shot, but if anyone finds it (they probably just threw it away) get in touch via our web site. Garreth's one of the nicest blokes you'll ever meet and he doesn't deserve this kind of treatment.

Still, onwards and upwards. Back round Southampton way again tonight* so if you're in the Hythe area, check us out. Details as always, on the web site.

* Please note that all Alter Eagles vehicles are now protected by Dobermans wearing army helmets, chomping on cigars and armed with AK47s. You have been warned...
